First off, you must know I write for a living. That will explain my lengthy info page. Let's see...what have I been doing for the last twenty years since I was in school. I left Las Vegas when I was 18. My parents went on the road in full time ministry, so I was pretty much forced to face the world right out of school. I always wanted to travel and get out and meet new people, and so I did just that. I left Vegas at 18 and lived in, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, and I spent some time in NY and since HS I have lived in Charlotte, Denver, Dallas, and now of course Nashville. After HS I was in the fashion industry, which allowed me to travel a lot and realize my dream to see the world. Besides always wanting to travel, I also had a great desire to marry and have a big family (I am the oldest of five and love it), and so I did. Thirteen years later after four children and some great years I ended up divorced. One of the most devastating things I have ever endured as many of you may know ( but hopefully don't.) I am now single, and my four children are getting so big. My son Josh is a guitar player, 17 and 6' tall, my son Aaron, 16, loves sports and plays almost all, my daughter Maddie, 14,is an A student unlike her mommy, and loves Lacrosse, My baby Jake,12, is playing baseball and golf and loves both. They are my treasure in life. I am the co-author of the book "Live Laugh Love Again," A Survival Guide on Divorce and "God Crazy" and adventurous roadtrip to joyful surrender. My most recent release "Overcoming Seven Deadly Emotions" is in bookstores everywhere. I am...Expand for more
in the midst of working on a novel (which I hope to be a film), and on a cooking show pilot for television. I do a lot of speaking and television guest spots/hosting, and most recently have accepteed the position of Executive Director of Faith Relations and Laision to the white house for Gods Green America. This new job is really an exciting op and very cool. I enjoy my work, and ministry, but most of all I enjoy my family. It is amazing to watch them grow and to think it was just twenty years or so ago we were their age and excited to go out and conquer the world. I enjoyed our twenty year reunion and look forward to the next one. Life moves fast and it is easy to take time for granted. I am just embracing today and thankful for all God has given me. I have to say my journey has not been anything at all like I expected. In high school, like most girls, I was so insecure and had no vision for a future. My dream was to get out of school, get married and have kids. I never in a million years saw myself doing anything that I have ended up doing. I am blown away at my life and I don't take any of it for granted. I am grateful for every day I am able to make a difference in this world in some way and I fully believe in living life with great expectation and an attitude of joy. I love to have fun, to dance, to dine out with friends and sit and talk for hours. I love to cook invite friends over and hear all their amazing stories, but most of all I so enjoy my children and seeing their lives lived out. We have lived in Nashville Tennessee for five years now and absolutely love it. Godcrazy.net
